Massive development planned in Bartow County

A massive new development could be coming to Bartow County.

Hometown Headlines is reporting that a development of regional impact statement was filed Wednesday for a $275 million venture called Busch Commerce Park.

The development would be located adjacent to the Anheuser Busch plant and includes 5- million square feet of multiple warehouse and distribution space and four hotels.

It has a completion date of December 2021.
