Report: Woman ran over another woman twice with vehicle

A 50-year old Rome woman was jailed Sunday on a felony aggravated assault charge.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Melissa Ann Cunningham used her vehicle to run over a 48-year old woman twice.

The victim sustained injuries to her legs in the assault.

The incident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. outside of Cunningham’s Wright Street residence, according to the report.
