Man Arrested in Gunshot wound Case in Calhoun

On May 18 Calhoun police were dispatched to a location on Camelot Cir in response to a 911-hang-up call. 
 
When officers arrived at the scene it was found out that there had been a gunshot and one was taken to the hospital according to Calhoun Police. 
 
Officers were told that a woman and her boyfriend reportedly got into a vehicle of a friend after they had called him. 
 
Reportedly, 30-year old Jeffery Allan Castillo of a Blaine, Mn. Address fired two shots and left a wound in the left arm and right leg. 
 
U.S. Marshalls in Minnesota was made aware of the situation and on June 11, Castillo was taken into custody on charges of Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Battery. 
 
One person was airlifted another transported by ambulance following a two-vehicle wreck with entrapment on the East Rome Bypass at Turner Chapel Road Sunday.
A man is charged with felony criminal damage to property and a woman is charged with drug possession.
